Notes for Entrants and Event Guide

• Purchases from retailers other than the Apple Music online store are not eligible for this event.
• Albums purchased to enter cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes the entry ticket, so your entry is completed at the moment of purchase. Exchanges and refunds are not possible after the entry period ends, so buy carefully.
• You can enter more than once. If all the applicant information you entered at purchase is identical, the purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• The in-person fan sign and video call events run at the same time, and you can enter both and win both.
• Only 'SUNGHANBIN 1st EP [DEAD:ALIVE] Photobook Ver. (Luminous Ver. / Daylight Ver. / Nocturne Ver.)' is eligible. (You cannot choose the version; it is shipped at random.)
• The applicant benefit, winner benefits and purchased albums will be shipped in sequence after the event ends.
• An identity verification procedure will be held for winners on the day of the event. Winners must bring a physical photo ID in their own name that shows their photo and date of birth.
  • Accepted IDs, as defined for winner verification:
    1. Korean national (adult): resident registration card, driver's license, passport
    2. Korean national (minor): youth ID card, student ID, passport
    3. Foreign national (non-Korean citizen): alien registration card, passport
  • IDs other than the above are not accepted. Expired passports and student IDs that do not show a date of birth cannot be used for verification.
  • Except for Korean minors, university student IDs cannot be used for verification.
  • Only physical IDs are accepted; photos, copies and mobile (app) IDs are not accepted.
• Only the winner in person may take part. Resale, sale, and using another person's name or ID are prohibited. If this occurs, participation in all fan sign and fan club events during the period may be restricted.
• For the 'TO.' message in the signed album, only the real name (Korean or English) you provided when entering can be accepted.
• Unreasonable requests to the artist, excessive questions, and abusive or demeaning remarks may be stopped by event staff.
• Follow these notes to keep the event running smoothly. Even beyond what is stated, staff may intervene if something is judged to interfere with the event. If you do not follow staff instructions, you may be sanctioned or asked to leave.
• Part or all of this event may be changed or cancelled without prior notice due to the organizer's circumstances.

Winner Notes

In-person Fan Sign

• Arrive at the venue by 1 hour before the event starts. Late entry or changes to your participation time may be difficult depending on the situation on site.
• Winner verification and number-ticket distribution take place until 1 hour before the start. If you arrive after the start time, your participation may be restricted.
• To keep order in the venue, entry is restricted from 30 minutes after the start time, and exit is restricted from 30 minutes before the end time. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• For smooth running, take part in the fan sign according to your own seat number. If you do not take part in the order guided by staff, you may not receive a signature.
• Video and photo recording, tripods, etc. are allowed only at your own seat. Setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your seat, placing personal belongings, and moving seats during the fan sign are not allowed.
• Winners will receive 1 of the albums they purchased at the fan sign venue, and only the photobook inside that album can be signed. Photocards and other album contents cannot be signed.
• Write the name you want signed on a Post-it in advance and attach it to the album.
• Post-it questions are allowed, but writing PS, drawings, doodles or comments is not allowed.
• Post-it questions may be written as short-answer or multiple-choice questions only; questions requiring drawings or long answers will not be accepted. Post-its that do not follow the rules will not be returned.
• Written Post-its are checked on site before signing, and if they do not follow the rules or contain inappropriate questions, you may be asked to revise them or they may be collected.
• Mobile phones, cameras, voice recorders, etc. may not be carried in the signing waiting line. Filming and voice recording are strictly prohibited while waiting and during signing. If caught, your data will be deleted and you will be asked to leave.
• We cannot hold items you lose or leave behind after the fan sign; depending on on-site conditions they may be discarded the same day.
• Broadcasting the fan sign live on SNS will result in being asked to leave.
• If the in-person event cannot be held, it may be replaced by the video call event.

Video Call Event

• This event is a 1:1 video call between the winner and the artist. Prepare a smartphone capable of video calls in advance.
• Winners prepare their phone in advance and wait their turn, then receive the video call on the phone and talk with the artist.
• The call ends automatically when the set time is up.
• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk or Ifland), so prepare your phone in advance and check your network connection.
• Video calls can only be made to the phone contact or messenger ID you provided when entering.
• Only for winners, 1 of the albums you purchased will be signed and then shipped. (You cannot choose the version; it is provided at random.)
• If you do not answer two or more calls, the event cannot proceed, so check the event schedule and enter only if you can take part.
• Only the winner in person may take part. If someone other than the winner, or anyone else together with the winner, takes part, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• Unreasonable requests and private questions to the artist are not allowed. If the content of the call is judged inappropriate, the event will be stopped and future participation may be restricted.

• Collected personal information is used as described below and is not used for other purposes.
  1. Items collected: orderer information, recipient information, entrant's name, date of birth, contact, messenger ID
  2. Purpose: winner draw, identity verification, shipping of winner prizes
  3. Recipients: Apple Music Co., Ltd. and The Dry Label Co., Ltd.
  4. Retention period: kept until the purpose is achieved and in accordance with the site's terms of use
