• How to enter: Winners are drawn from people who purchase 'ISEGYE IDOL The 2nd Mini Album [Across Dimensions] (LOVE LETTER ver.)' from the Applemusic online mall.
  • You can enter more than once and win more than once per member.
  • If you do not want to enter the 1:1 video call and only want the applicant perk and the album, please purchase with the 'Do not enter video call event' option.

Notes on Entering and How the Event Works

• This event applies only to purchases from the Applemusic online mall, not other retailers.
• Albums purchased to enter this event cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• This product includes an entry right to the event and is purchased together with entering. Because exchanges and refunds are not possible after the entry period ends, please purchase carefully.
• Duplicate entries are allowed. If the applicant information you enter is identical, purchase quantities are combined automatically.
• Only 'ISEGYE IDOL The 2nd Mini Album [Across Dimensions] (LOVE LETTER ver.)' can be entered. (The version cannot be selected, and the version shipped is random.)
• This event is held only through Discord; please enter your Discord ID when applying.
• Applicant perks, winner perks, and purchased albums will be shipped in order after the event ends.
• An identity verification procedure for winners will be held on the day of the event. Winners must bring their own photo ID that shows a photo and date of birth.
  • ID standards for verification:
  1. Korean nationals (adults): resident registration card, driver's license, passport, mobile ID (Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety / National Police Agency, PASS)
  2. Korean nationals (minors): youth ID card, student ID, passport
  3. Foreigners (non-Korean nationals): alien registration card, passport
  • IDs other than the above are not accepted. Expired passports and student IDs without a date of birth cannot be used for verification.
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner may use a student ID (including a university ID) for verification.
  • Only original, valid IDs can be checked; photos and copies are not accepted.
  • A second verification may be requested if transfer of a ticket or ID is suspected.
• Only the winner in person may take part. Reselling, buying, or using another person's name or ID is prohibited. If this occurs, participation in all fan meetings and fan-call events may be restricted for a period.
• Staff may intervene if anyone makes unreasonable demands of the artist, asks excessive questions, or uses inappropriate language such as abuse or disparagement.
• To keep the event running smoothly, please observe these notes. Staff may also restrict or remove participants in cases that interfere with the event, even if not listed here.
• This event may be changed in part or in whole, or cancelled, without prior notice depending on the organizer's circumstances.
• All albums you purchase count toward the Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart.

Notes for Video Call Event Winners

• The event can only proceed with the Discord ID entered when applying.
• The event is a 1:1 video call between the winner and the artist, and the call ends automatically when the set time (2 minutes) is up.
• The event is a Discord video call between the winner and the artist. Winners must prepare a device capable of Discord video calls in advance and check their network environment. (If the connection is not smooth or is interrupted due to the winner's network environment or device problems, a re-run is not possible.)
• The event proceeds in the order given in the winner announcement, and the order cannot be changed for personal reasons. Please check the schedule.
• A start notice will be sent via Discord direct message (DM) before the event begins.
• For winners only, the signed album will be shipped after signing, from among the albums you purchased (1 copy).
• The 'TO.' line in the signed album can only be written with the real name (Korean or English) you provided when applying.
• Separate sticky-note questions or P.S. messages are not accepted.
• If you cannot be reached on your turn, we will try once more at the very end; if we still cannot connect, the call cannot proceed. (The signed album and winner perks are shipped separately.)
• Only the winner may take part. If someone other than the winner, or anyone alongside the winner, takes part, the video call may be forcibly ended.
• Live streaming during the event is not allowed, and the event may end immediately if it is detected.

Personal Information Collection and Use

Collected personal information is used as described below and is not used for any other purpose.

1. Items collected: orderer information, recipient information, applicant name, date of birth, contact details, Discord ID
2. Purpose of collection: winner drawing, identity verification, and shipping of winner goods
3. Recipients of personal information: Applemusic Co., Ltd. and Paerabeul Co., Ltd. (Pareable)
4. Retention period: kept until the purpose of use is achieved and in accordance with the site's terms of use
