Notes for Winners

1. This event is a video call held through the FaceTalk feature of KakaoTalk, so winners must prepare a mobile phone that can use KakaoTalk. The video call event is held only through KakaoTalk video call (FaceTalk).
2. The event is held with the KakaoTalk ID you provided (the ID cannot be changed after you apply).
3. The winner and the artist hold the video call for the set time, and the call ends when the designated time is up. If the winner does not end the call themselves, the staff may forcibly end it.
4. A notice about the start of the event will be sent in advance via KakaoTalk message. If you do not take your turn for the video call two or more times, refuse it, or end it without permission, you will be regarded as unable to take part, and you will be told that no further session can be held.
5. During the call, only the winner (1 person) may appear on screen. If someone other than the winner joins the call, or someone else takes part in place of the winner, the call may be forcibly ended.
6. If there is a problem with the winner's network connection, it may be difficult to hold the event. If the connection fails or is interrupted because of network problems, a retry may be difficult, so check your own network environment in advance.
7. For smooth operation, accept calls from the event operator. (Participation may be restricted if you call them first.)
8. The video call time is applied equally to all winners, about 2 minutes each.
9. You may not record, tape, or live-stream the call on social media.
10. If you use profanity, make disparaging remarks, mock, or otherwise behave inappropriately or make unreasonable demands toward the artist during the event, the win may be cancelled and the call forcibly ended, and disadvantages may apply at later events.

Album sales are reflected in the Hanteo Chart and the Circle Chart.
