Notes on the fan sign and video call

Offline fan sign

• Winners' identity is checked on the day of the event. Bring your physical ID. Accepted IDs:
  1. Korean minors: student ID (elementary, middle or high school), passport, or a state-issued certificate showing your date of birth
  2. Korean adults: resident registration card, driver's license, passport
  3. All foreigners: passport, alien registration card
  • Except for Korean minors, no winner can use a student ID (including university) for ID verification.
  • Only IDs that have not expired are accepted.
• You cannot join if your physical ID cannot be checked or the applicant name differs from the name on your ID. (Korean nationals write their name in Korean, foreigners in English as on the passport or alien registration card.)
• Winning tickets cannot be copied, lent, transferred or collected by a proxy. (Only the winner in person can join.) If caught, you may be excluded from all events afterward.
• Arrive at the venue by 30 minutes before the event starts. If you arrive after the start time, you may not be able to join. Entering midway or changing your join time may be hard on site, so keep this in mind.
• Join the fan sign at your assigned seat number. Setting up a camera (tripod) anywhere other than your own seat, or placing personal items there, is banned. If you do not follow staff guidance, you may be sanctioned or removed.
• No flash, AF assist light or strobe light when shooting.
• Winners get 1 item to sign at the venue.
• Signatures are only given on the calendar page page of the 'NOWZ 2027 Season's Greetings [Slow Days Log]' package that is prepared at the venue. (Other contents and personal items are not accepted.)
• Stick a Post-it with [To.] on the calendar page in advance for a smooth event. The name to sign can only be the Korean or English name shown on your ID or passport. (No nicknames, stage names, pet names, etc.)
• Do not draw directly on skin or attach stickers to it.
• Only 1 question Post-it per member is allowed, and only a five-choice multiple-choice question on a topic related to NOWZ is accepted.
• Multiple-choice questions must not be the kind the members have to guess to answer, and private comments, requests or demands are not accepted. Questions are checked in advance at the fan sign, and depending on staff judgment you may be asked to edit the question or the fan sign may not proceed for you.
• Fan sign items except letters are collected after the sign ends. Items not collected will be discarded.
• For a smooth event, items that are hard to wear, or that staff do not accept as photo props, may be refused.
• The fan sign runs in seat number order. If you do not join in your own turn, or do not follow the on-site staff guidance, you may miss your signature.
• Phones, cameras, recorders and the like cannot be carried from the waiting line on. Filming and audio recording while waiting and getting your signature are banned. If caught, data is deleted and you are removed.
• If you are caught live streaming on SNS at the fan sign, you are removed.
• Do not make unreasonable requests, ask excessive questions, use abusive or insulting language, or have excessive physical contact with the artist. If you keep doing so, staff may sanction you or remove you, and it may count against you for future events.
• To keep order in the venue, leaving is limited for 30 minutes after the start and 30 minutes before the end. Use the restroom before the fan sign.
• Take care of your valuables. The organizer and host are not responsible for damage, loss or theft caused by your own carelessness.

How the video call works

• This event is a 1:1 video call between the winner and the artist. Have a phone that can make video calls ready before the start.
• Winners get ready with their phone, wait for their turn, receive the video call on their phone and talk with the artist.
• Signed items are sent to all winners of this event together with the product you bought.

Video call notes

• This is an online event held by video call (KakaoTalk FaceTalk or WeChat). Winners must prepare a phone that can make video calls in advance and check their network environment.
• The video call only proceeds with the phone contact or messenger ID (KakaoTalk FaceTalk or WeChat) you entered when you applied.
• If you do not answer a call 2 or more times, the event cannot proceed, so only enter if you can join according to the event schedule.
• Do not call the seller back. (Calling back may restrict your participation.)
• If the winner does not end the call, staff may end it by force.
• Only the winner can join. If someone other than the winner joins, or 2 or more people including the winner join, staff will end the call by force.
• The name on a To. signature can only be the real name (Korean or English only) shown on the ID or passport you entered when applying. (No nicknames, stage names, pet names, etc.)
• Signatures are only given on the calendar page of the 'NOWZ 2027 Season's Greetings [Slow Days Log]'. So items like photocards cannot be signed.
• Recording, shooting and SNS live streaming during the video call are banned. If caught, staff may stop you or end the event by force.
• If there are unreasonable requests, abuse, slander or other inappropriate content toward the artist during the video call, staff may stop the call and restrict future participation.
